TERMINOLOGY

MERCH:

Slang for merchant and/or merchandise.

WHITE BASE:

In printing, almost all garments require an initial layer of white ink before other inks can be layered. We do this to ensure you get the most vibrant/quality prints. It is us saying we are going the extra mile.

COLORS:

We ask the number of colors in your design for good reason. Every color is printed separately, thus every color needs to be accounted for in the production process to ensure your print is done correctly.

LOCATIONS:

This is the number of different printing areas on your garment/item. For example: The front of an item being printed would be (1) Location. The front and back of an item would be (2) locations.

DOPE:

Slang for exceptional, awesome, outstanding. As in, hell yah this merch is dope.

BUSINESS DAYS:

The weekend does not count.

PRODUCTION:

This is the amount of time required to manufacture/produce your order once stock arrives and you have approved your mock-ups (if necessary). Shipping of finished items is not included in Production time.

HELL YEAH:

This means you are ready to order your merch.
